Kristi received a degree in Psychology from The Master’s College in Santa Clarita CA in 1990. She later graduated from Chapman University in 1995 with a Masters degree in Psychology with an emphasis in marriage, family and child counseling.
She has worked with children and families since 1992 in a variety of non-profit agency settings, including the Early Childhood Counseling Center (Cameron Park, CA). There she provided therapy for over 7 years and served on the Board of Directors.
In 2005, she began a private practice in Portland OR, and taught as an adjunct faculty at Western Seminary, teaching play therapy and supervising interns. Returning to California in 2007, Kristi continued in private practice opening an office in El Dorado Hills.

Speaking/Training
Kristi enjoys speaking and providing training to groups of different sizes. She has done trainings for early childhood educators and childcare workers, as well as parenting classes for parents of different ages. She has also spoken to women’s groups on a variety of topics.
